New changes on welfare agencies

Chuldren will be targeted by the Federal Government in a bid to break their family dependency on welfare. Federal government agencies will use decades of welfare data analysed by PricewaterhouseCoopers to pinpoint who is most likely to remain jobless or reliant on income support.
