• New Zealand has been named the most prosperous country in the world for2016
• It beat Australia which finished in sixth place, behind Norway and Finland
• Australia was also beaten by Switzerland and Canada who were fourth and fifth 
• Australia is only country in top 20 to have its prosperity decline over past decade
