Opposition says Dutton is emotionally cold and heartless

Opposition frontbencher Anthony Albanese ((al-buh-nee-zee)) says the government is no longer fucntioning properly, and Mr Dutton is emotionally cold and heartless, and unsuitable to be Prime Minister.
