Poor numbers behind drive for Arabic women's breast screening

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Australia, but many still are not getting tested for it. Arabic-speaking women are especially notable among them, with new figures showing more than 9,000 have not had the mammogram scans they should have in the past two years. That has prompted Breast Screen New South Wales to implement a breast-screening awareness campaign, led by two breast-cancer survivors from the Arabic community.
