The Reserve Bank of Australia has cut the cash rate to a new record low 1.25 per cent.
The R-B-A's last interest rate cut was in August 2016.
The Commonwealth Bank has become the first major bank to pass on the rate cut in full.
A-N-Z has only passed on a 0.18 per cent cut.
Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has urged the banks to pass on the interest rate cuts.
