A new study conducted by the University of Sydney has shown that Sydney inner and middle ring suburbs are losing a big number of key workers such as nurses and teachers due to the surge in house prices.

How is this going to affect the inner suburbs of Sydney? Are they going to witness a shortage in important skills?
