The A-N-Z Bank is facing federal criminal charges over alleged cartel conduct

The charges will be laid following an investigation by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ((ACCC)). The cartel conduct allegation relates to a 2.5 billion dollar share placement in 2015.
