The Palestinian Central Council suspends recognition of Israel
The Palestine Central Council decided to "suspend" recognition of Israel in response to US President Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. 74 voted in favour of the resolution, two opposed, while 12 abstained.
