The number of Australians caught up in the London terror attack may now be four.
A 34-year-old Brisbane woman, Candice Hedge, is recovering in hospital from stab wounds.
She's been living in the United Kingdom for about a year.
She was working as waitress in Borough Markets area of London when the attack occured.
A witness says she had her throat cut by one of the terrorists whilst trying to hide under a table during the attack.
An electrician from Darwin, Andrew Morrison, is on his way back to Australia after receiving stitches.
But Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says the government is now concerned for the welfare of two more Australians apart from Ms Hedge and Mr Morrison.

Former Prime Minister Tony Abbott says Australia needs to "crack down hard" on those who justify terrorism.
He says he wants specialist military commandos to lead major counter-terror operations with more shoot-to-kill powers.
