Trump proposes a plan to grant US citizenship to 1.8 million undocumented immigrants

The scheme, which runs from 10 to 12 years old, will benefit young migrants known as "Dreamers" who entered the country illegally when they were children, as well as migrants who did not benefit from the "Dhaka" program signed by former President Barack Obama.
