The Bicycle Network says a new report from the federal government, which predicts there will be more deaths on the state's roads due to mobile phone use, shows such technology is needed.

　

The Bicycle Network Chief Executive, Craig Richards, says mobile phone use in cars is such that something drastic needs to be done.
