Washington says Geneva talks are "the only basis for a political solution without any role for Assad"

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said Tuesday that the talks for peace in Syria at Geneva, under United Nations supervision, were "the only basis" for a political solution without "any role for the Assad regime."
