Tips for writing a CV

• Work out your achievements.
• Tailor your CV to match the job requirements.
• For a mid-career person or above, include details that only go back about 10 years.
• If your achievement decreases your "fit" for the job, don't put it in your résumé.
• Don't say you were fired from a company. Say "there were no other challenges in the role".
