Where do you get help?

According to a study done by sociologist Dr. Judy Rose, working mothers are among the groups that are most affected by stress in society.

Some of the solutions they have adopted to alleviate this pressure are:

Modify working hours or take shift work to fit the family schedule better, take work home and multitask and get some assistance from their husbands.

The results of the study show that even using these solutions can lead to mothers feeling unproductive and falling behind in time.
