Failing vaccination rate increases pneumonia risk for elders

The Center for Vaccines and infections at the University of New South Wales has warned that older Australians are less likely to receive pneumonia vaccines


The disease kills 2,000 people each year, most of them over the age of 65

 

Dr. Ziad Fashkha, spoke first about the danger posed by pneumonia to the elderly
