The Mandaean community in Sydney is preparing to form a permanent council to help members of their community identify their Mandaean identity in Australia.
They are also aiming to introduce their new generations to their original culture and traditions, fearing of losing their identity.
Mr. Nawfal Al Fares, one of the temporary council’s members will tell us more in this interview.
