News Bulletin: Thirteen people dead after a terror attack in Barcelona

Thirteen people are dead and at least fifty people are injured after a van ploughed into crowds in what police are treating as a terror attack in the Spanish city of Barcelona.

It's reported the van zig-zagged at high speed down the famous Las Ramblas avenue, a magnet for tourists. Witness Miguel Angel Rizo says the attack and its immediate aftermath was a brutal sight.
