Prof. Stefan Ihrig is a historian and currently teaches at the University of Haifa. The subject of the second part of the interview is his book Justifying Genocide: Germany and the Armenians from Bismarck to Hitler. He explains the reasons successive German governments and certain circles in Germany viewed Armenians parallel to the Jews and justified the brutal treatment of Armenians by the hand of the Turks.
