New South Wales premier Gladys Berejiklian (GLAD-iss bair-eh-JEEK-lee-un) says she has always been deeply proud of her Armenian heritage. In the lead-up to Australia Day, we are sharing the stories of prominent people and asking what being Australian means to them. Today, we look at Ms Berejiklian, who, in January last year, became Australia's first female premier from the conservative side of politics.
