'Urgent need' for kidney disease screening for people with diabetes

The number of people living with diabetes in Australia is forecast to double by 2045, to around three million. The condition can lead to life-threatening but preventable kidney disease. Diabetes Australia says there's an 'urgent need' for a kidney disease screening program for people with the condition.
