Interview with Setrak Mamulyan the president of «Armenian Cookery Traditions Development and protection NGO». Mr Mamulyan was recently in Sydney by the invitation of AGBU (Armenian General Benevolent Union) to celebrate AGBUs 110th Anniversary and was the special guest of Armenian Cultural Day. In the first part of the interview we discussed traditional Armenian national cuisine.
