Կառավարութեան «Առաջին Տուն Գնողի Երաշխիք» ծրագիրը հազարաւոր վարձակալներու հնարաւորութիւն պիտի տայ որ մուտք գործեն անշարժ գոյքի շուկայ, մանաւանդ անոնք որոնք դժուարութիւն ունին խնայելու սովորական 20 տոկոս տան կանխավճարը։ Սակայն մասնագէտներ կը նշեն, որ երեք ամիսով առաջ բերուած այս ծրագիրը, գուցէ այնքան ալ օգտակար չ’ըլլայ, որքան սկիզբը կը թուէր։

The government's First Home Buyer Guarantee scheme will allow thousands more renters, who are struggling to save for the usual 20 per cent home deposit, the chance to enter the property market. 

But experts say the scheme, brought forward by three months to October, may not be as helpful as it initially sounds.
