A nobel cause: Bringing smiles on refugees faces in Christmas

Milan Maksimovic and his wife Hilda are well known to the Assyrian community for their dedication and hard work to help bring a smile to children's faces and refugee families by distributing Christmas hampers and presents during the Christmas period. In the past three years Milan and his family with the aid of friends and some Australian organisations has organised and distributed more than 11000 hampers. This year the total value of brand new goods they have received exceeded $33000. Mr Maksimovic says what keeps him and his family going is seeing the happiness on the faces of the recipients and specially the children
