A media official for the health of Dohuk - northren of Iraq confirmed that there are people stuck outside the province and want to enter.
Nassem Sadiq from northren of Iraq said that some of the people waiting to enter Dohuk are working in the middle and south of Iraq, while others are serving in the Iraqi army, adding that they will be allowed to enter the province, subject to checks and quarantine.
