The Mar Narsay Medical Centre has partnered with The Good Word group in Duhok to distribute free, essential medication and critical medical supplies to widows lacking support and urgently requiring treatment for their critically ill children. The medicine was paid for by donations from Assyrians from different countries.

Many widows, some with children with disabilities, were thankful for the initiative.
