New South Wales authorities are workin to bring the state's outbreak under control.
the 11 local government areas still subject to restrictions are Blacktown, Burwood, Canada Bay, Canterbury- Bankstown, Cumberland, Fairfield, Inner West, Liverpool, Northern Beaches, Paramatta and Strathfield.
