Oliver Slewa, an SBS Assyrian Program contributor and Legal Aid NSW solicitor, received the 2023 Humanitarian Award in Government and Legal.

His dedication to Shayna Humanitarian Services, aiding vulnerable individuals facing domestic violence, elder abuse, and disability discrimination, earned him the honour alongside other sports, small businesses, and volunteering initiatives.
