Minister Chris Bowen pays tribute on Assyrian Martyrs Day

Fairfield's Assyrian community commemorates Assyrian Martyrs Day with Minister Chris Bowen, Federal MP Dai Le, and NSW State MP Dr. Hugh McDermott, organized by the Assyrian National Council. Despite the cold weather, members of the community gathered at Bonnyrigg's Assyrian Martyr Monument, remembering the fallen victims in their persecuted history.
