Mr. Diya Butros, president of Independent Human Rights Commission Kurdistan Region stressed that their conversation with the US consulate focused on the rights of minorities, especially activating the quota. He said :” We asked to press parliaments to legislate laws for these rights.” "We have also raised the issue of military attacks from neighboring countries on areas adjacent to the villages of our people, which led to the injury of many civilians and displacement of its people.
