If you have accumulated large sums of fines that you are unable to pay, then Legal Aid NSW have a special program called Working Development Order, which will be of interest. If you are eligible for this program, you can work as a volunteer at a nominated organization as a way of paying off your fines. Oliver Sliwa from Legal Aid NSW explains.
