Our Dohuk correspondent Nassem Sadiq tells us that five parties and entities are entering this year's race for the five seats reserved for our people. Additionally, five Armenians are competing for a separate seat. The outcome of the election is vague for voters, as candidates fear the transparency of the voting process.
