Helping Assyrian teachers in northern Iraq to continue their work

Assyrian Aid Society Australia is holding their seasonal Morning Tea event in Melbourne on 26th November and in Sydney on 3rd December 2022.

Sbs Assyrian spoke to the secretary of AAS in Sydney Richard Yalda and the Melbourne branch president Stephanie Besdekis about their preparation for these two events that the community is looking forward to.

Stephanie says "this is the first time the Melbourne branch is holding the event and so far, the people's reaction is excellent, especially from the youth."
