Iraqi New Parliament first meeting

Nassem Sadiq reports that the first meeting of the newly elected parliament failed to form the government. There are two groups claiming the formation of major coalition, the ( construction) leaded by Nouri al-Maliki, leader of State of Law coalition , and the other bloc is led by Shia cleric Muqtada al-Sadr.
