'Negative portrayal': Peter Esho rejects media coverage following church unrest

Community leader, Peter Esho, proposed a meeting with NSW government representatives including Premier Chris Minns to discuss the aftermath of the assault on Bishop Mar Mari and subsequent unrest. During this meeting on 19 April 2024, Esho said the Assyrian community rejected outright the negative portrayal of them being presented by some in the mainstream media.
