"Majority of the houses in the Nineveh plains have been burnt with a poisonous unknown chemical by ISIS " General Amer Mousa, told SBS Radio and stressed that the displaced Christians cannot return to their villages due to the damages done on their homes and the infrastructure being destroyed.
