Fr. Shlimon Isho Khoshaba, President of Beth Mardootha d Mathenha (Oriental Cultural Centre) in Dahuk, Iraq says he is in Sydney to meet the Assyrian Church of the East's Metropolitan of Australia, New Zealand and Lebanon his Beatitude Mar Meelis Zaia, to discuss improving relationships between the Church and the Centre. He discusses the achievements of the Oriental Culture, and their current plans to expand into publishing language books. However, after 9 years of work, the Centre is experiencing financial difficulties as a result of the ongoing crisis in Iraq.
