The Rabi Nimrod Simono Scholarship awards ceremony

Four recipients received awards as part of the Assyrian Australian Association (AAA) Rabi Nimrod Simono scheme. Hundreds of community members attended a special ceremony in Sydney where Sargon Warde met with AAA president, Dr Benjamin Daud, and the four recipients.

The 35th ceremony of the Rabi Nimrod Simono Scholarship scheme organised by the Assyrian Australian Association took place on 22 June, 2023.

Four recipients, who had achieved high marks in the HSC for 2022, were selected to receive the awards.

They are: Mariam Yousif; Shana Mikhael; Denis Soro; and Rozalenda Rouel.
