When Sue arrived in Australia from Syria at the age of 15 in her first week of school, she was bashed up by a bunch of girls on the school bus. Forty-one years on she now runs a multi-million dollar beauty business. She came here for a better life but all these years on she could have never imagined how bad life could be in her Syrian homeland. In our series First Day, we are following migrants and refugees that have made a difference to our communities, starting from day one.
