Minorities doomed to lose again in the upcoming constitutional amendments

Professor Muna Yaku, a specialist in law and political science, said that the amendments to the Constitution of Iraq in current circumstances are to silence the voice of the people. She added:” I was chosen among a group of professors, to participate with the constitutional amendment committee, but I refused because minorities are the losers, as long as the government is based on quotas and sectarianism.”
