Our reporter Naseem Sadiq, stated that the regional government has returned and sent a delegation to complete negotiations with the central government in Baghdad.


It is reported that the talks were delayed due to the general budget that Parliament is still studying and making amendments to.

The regional government is concerned about disrupting the resolution of the pending issues, especially the salaries of employees. In the other hand the slow pace of Parliament in taking measures that would contribute to the progress of the talks and the resolution of the outstanding problems between the two parties.
