The people of the villages of Chalik and Berseve in northern Iraq, inhabited by our people, conveyed their fear and concern that their areas will continue to be targeted by Turkish forces from time to time.

Yonan Yokhana Danyal, from the people of chalik village, said that the shelling caused material damage, but there were no casualties. Our reporter Naseem Sadiq met with Mr. Yonan, who added: "The village was terrified because the shelling was very close to the village and the sound of the explosion was terrible."

In the village of Berseve, the shelling resulted in material damage, and a car damaged one of the village’s teachers.

Yohanan Yako one of the villagers told our correspondent in northern Iraq, that people were terrified, and if this continues, this will push people to leave the village, and this is a shame that people do not live safely in their areas.
