Vigil for the victims of the Baghdeda wedding fire tragedy

Over 40 people came together for a vigil to remember and show respect for the people who died in a fire at a wedding in Baghdeda-Nineveh Plains. Representatives of different Assyrian groups attended the event organised by the Assyrian Students Association of Australia. The vigil was held on Wednesday, 6 December, 2023, at the Assyrian Martyrs Monument in Bonnyrigg, Sydney.
