Mr. Essam Yako is the principal of the St. Ephrem Syriac School in Mar Yacoub El Srougy Center in Baghdad. He said that the centre have plans to expand the students' learning of their language and general education scope He added that they have full coordination with the Directorate of Education and the Department of Syriac Studies in Nineveh. also he asserted that Volunteer teachers can apply for appointment to state-run Syriac language schools
