Monday, 20 May this year, was World Bee Day. Lab tests showed that half the Australian honey on supermarket shelves had been "adulterated" or mixed with other substances. SBS Assyrian talked to bee keeper, Joe Joseph, who has years of experience making honey as a hobby.
