The call was made on 26 Jan, six days after the inauguration of President Biden and it lasted 35 minutes.
"Not much was revealed in the Russian media because they are still some reservation from the Russian side as to how the US administration will act upon international issues and how much the US foreign policy will change during President Biden's administration, but China was in heart of the topics". Mr Bidzhamov explains.
He mentioned that, with President Biden, Us foreign policy will change and that might somehow, end the cold war, which has been going on for decades.
