The world anxiously awaits the consequences of Brexit


The European Parliament has adopted a resolution urging Britain to trigger Article 50 immediately, notifying of its intention to leave the European Union.

Bitter discussions between the MEPs and EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker with the leader of UK Independence Party Nigel Farage tоок place, while he was delivering his post-Brexit speech that inflamed the plenary hall.

The President of the Еuropean Commission Jean-Claude Juncker strives to ensure that the euro is introduced in the EU member states still using their own national currencies in a bid to spur European integration after Britons voted to leave the 28-nation bloc.

Besides the United Kingdom, eight other EU member states haven't adopted the euro - Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Sweden.
