Bulgarian food for celebration

In the first day of the new 2021 year talking with the culinary photograph Ilian Iliev and the professional chef Oktay Hyusein about their book Bulgaria - Food for celebration. The book is a real celebration of friendship between the different ethnicities living in Bulgarian and their culinary traditions that can live together in peace and be shared between them and for the generations to come. Chef Oktay and Ilian presented traditional Bulgarian food for new year celebration, including a recipe of a beef stew with veggies and a beetroot appetizer.
