One of the most notorious underground bosses in Bulgaria, Dimitur Zhelyazkov, was arrested in Istanbul by Interpol.
The events and people involved in this arrest, caused a scandal and again raised questions about the effectiveness of the judicial law in Bulgaria, as well as the financing of Bulgarian political parties.
Dimitur Zhelyazkov's arrest, sought by the Specialized Prosecutor's Office as a boss of "racketeering, arson and bodily harm", has attracted tremendous public attention.
