In today’s world, people are physically active till the age of 60 or 70. They say that “50 is the new 40”
It is important to note that they do not have to do everything together.
But the activities have to be complementing, and definitely not detrimental to the relationship.
It’s important to plan the time together and how they can combine their interests – even with same age couples. When Trevor and I went together to Italy, for example, my sister and I went museum-hopping all day, while Trevor and his brother admired the views from a roof top bar.
