"Surprisingly, spending six years writing about the greatest European minds, presented in the series "The Great Europeans" on Radio Plovdiv, is not as long time as it seems.
"It may sound paradoxical, but I can’t have enough. I want to write more," says Plamen Asenov, the author of the series "The Great Europeans".
On October 11, 2018 in Radio Plovdiv’s Studio One was held a celebration of the 6-year history of the "The Great Europeans", hosted by the renowned Bulgarian intellectual, translator, literary critic and journalist, Georgi Angelov.
Georgi Angelov authored over dozen books of poetry. His poetry has appeared in a variety of periodicals, anthologies and literary miscellanies and his poems are translated into Turkish, Serbian and English.
Georgi Angelov received several national awards for poetry. He is a member of the Bulgarian Writers’ Union and editor-in chief of the e-magazine “Literary World”.
